This position is charged with assisting to train newly hired team members and monitoring for compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. /p /brul /brliLead the activities of team members on shift. /li /brliConsistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers) and appropriately resolve customer complaints. /li /brliComplete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures. /li /brliOperate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process receive payment from customers,



and follow all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures. /li /brliEnsure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products. /li /brliComplete with a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning. /li /brliStock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment. /li /brliActively cross‑sell and up‑sell products. /li /brliMaintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza. /li /brliAssist in the training of new team members. /li /brliFollow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures. /li /brliInform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems that are witnessed or experienced. /li /brliExecute a variety of other tasks as assigned. /li /br /ul /brh3Essential Experience Skills /h3 /brul /brliCash handling and customer service experience required. /li /brliShift supervisor or leadership experience preferred. /li /brliDemonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliAble to stand and walk for an extended period of time. /li /brliFrequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds. /li /brliRequires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers. /li /brliAvailable to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. /li /brliMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. /li /br /ul /brpThis is not an exhaustive list of all functions that may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
