You will work with researchers, companies, startups, and public sector stakeholders to develop solutions while ensuring a solid legal foundation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts /li liManaging tenancy agreements, cooperation agreements, service contracts, and general contractual matters /li liProviding legal support in procurement procedures and public tenders /li liSupporting the handling of appeals and legal disputes /li liProviding support in the areas of privacy, transparency, and compliance /li liDrafting and further developing internal regulations, policies, and guidelines /li liProviding legal support on matters related to urban planning and public law /li liPreparing legal documentation for the Board of Directors and other governing bodies /li liAdvising and supporting employees on legal matters /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA Law graduate or hold an equivalent qualification /li liInitial relevant professional experience (ideally 1–3 years)
