Descrizione Lavoro We are seeking an Head of Legal who will lead the Legal function and act as a strategic business partner at both operational and advisory levels.
Key responsabilities: - Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring prioritization, quality and timely execution - Provide legal guidance to business functions, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance - Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and third-party agreements - Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with internal policies - Manage relationships with external legal advisors, optimizing costs and performance - Monitor legal and regulatory developments,



ensuring proper implementation across the organization - Ensure compliance with privacy/GDPR requirements and protection of intellectual property assets - Support the management of complex legal matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Contribute to the enhancement of legal processes, procedures and governance frameworks Competenze ed esperienza - Law Degree - At least 5 years of experience on legal issues management in a company and/or in a law firm - Fluent in English - Planning and organizational skills - Leadership and people management skills - Result-oriented - Team working oriented - Proficient in MS Office Suite Completa l'offerta Ottima occasione di carriera.
