/p h3What Will You Do /h3 pArrow is looking for an Inside Sales Representative – Protected Category (art. 1 of the law *****) to join our Business Support Team in Rome, Italy.
The role works in direct contact with sales teams and reports to the Inside Sales Manager, providing a tremendous opportunity to develop our business further.
/p ul liProven experience in customer support via telephone and email /li liAbility to manage estimates and orders efficiently, from inception to invoice /li liStrong collaboration skills to address various supplier?related activities /li liDeep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios /li liProactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers /li liDiligent follow?up on sales cases and orders through to execution /li liTeam?player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBusiness proficiency in Italian and in English /li liAt least 3 years' experience in sales back?office or operations (preferred) /li liTechnical or commercial education /li liAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
