/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs a leader within Sephora Italy, the world's most beloved Beauty Community, you will: /li liEnsure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
/li liCoordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
/li liManage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
/li liAnalyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
/li liManage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
/li liImplement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
/li liAs the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers),



managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
/li liCollaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
/li liCreate a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
/li liKnowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
/li liAgility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
/li liStrong results orientation.
/li liDemonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
