ph3Job Description Summary /h3pPrototyping and Testing Test bench Leader will be part of the prototyping and testing department under Technology Testing Lab (TTL) with particular focus for internal test benches, where He/She will be the TTL focal point. The leader has full ownership on the prototypes testing and test bench erection for the IET (Industrial energy Technology). The role requires collaboration with the innovation labs, the IET organization, and selected partner suppliers, universities, and external research institutions. The Leader is responsible for HSE matters related to the test bench and will work with the company HSE and quality teams to implement existing procedures and create new ones. /ph3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliBe involved in the design testing solutions, working closely with the design team from the preliminary test specification definition and through all design phases (CDR, DDR, RFR, etc.). /liliEnsure working instructions, tools, and instrumentation are available in time for prototype installation inside the test bench and for test execution. /liliSupport the design team in all Design and Erection phases, ensuring the new installation complies with applicable HSE standards and TPS best practices. /liliCoordinate with PT Technical leaders to oversee new test bench erection/commissioning and full engine/equipment validation. /liliAct as the reference point for quality control, directly managing NCR / RCA / CA and lessons learned. /liliOwn test rig preventive and corrective maintenance. /liliServe as the HSE reference on test bench auditing and lead investigations and continuous improvement projects. /liliCoordinate with contractors on the test bench. /liliImprove and standardize machining, assembly, and metrology processes, developing and formalizing best practices and technical documentation. /liliUtilize internal digital tools, maintain the test bench database, and drive improvements.



/liliBe flexible to work abroad on selected test benches as the TTL focal point for TTL and other organizations/companies. /li /ulh3Qualifications/Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Testing). /liliExperience in turbomachinery validation/testing technologies. /liliGood expertise in HSE matters. /li /ulh3Desired Qualifications /h3ulliDirect experience as test bench leader; Six-sigma GB Certified. /liliStrong understanding of machining and assembly methods, combined with TPS product knowledge. /liliStrong oral and written communication skills; leadership skills; ability to influence others and lead small teams; ability to coordinate multiple projects; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different.
