ppWinthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. /p pWinthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning. /p pWinthrop has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and the only dedicated data centre delivery partner in Europe. /p pWe are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. /p pWe are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an bEHS Lead /bto join our team on our project in Milanm. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, demonstrating adherence to the project delivery plan and in accordance with the Winthrop Technologies Integrated Management System. /li liEnsure adherence to the Winthrop Technologies Project Specific Environmental, Health and Safety Plans. /li liCo-ordination and participation in the development and review of task specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of action, permit to work. /li liCompliance with the project execution plan and implementation of Good Safety Practices. /li liWhere required, lead and manage a wider EHS Team on the project to effectively implement an Industry leading safety culture. /li liLeading and growing the EHS safety culture through all project disciplines on the project. /li liEnsure positive Client facing interactions with prompt attention to observations.



/li liDesign and deliver safety focused information sessions across all levels in order to drive high levels of safety awareness and actions. /li liManage ongoing R.E.A.C.H assessments, control of hazardous substances and reporting on outcomes to senior management with recommended actions as necessary. /li liEnsuring that safety interventions are completed and registered. /li liCarry out regular site audits and inspection, document results and follow up on any corrective actions. /li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liRelevant Qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety. /li liSignificant experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience an advantage). /li liProven experience in managing an EHS Team and ensuring project deliverables are met. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liComprehensive knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices. /li liProven ability to manage all environmental, health, and safety aspects on-site effectively. /li liStrong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. /li liFlexibility to adapt working patterns as project needs evolve. /li liExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. /li /ul ul liWork with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry. /li liBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector. /li liLong-term carer progression opportunities and professional development support. /li /ul ul liCompetitive salary package /li /ul pWinthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
