The Superintendent is responsible for supervising all field activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise all on-site construction activities and personnel. /li liCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections. /li liEnforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes. /li liMonitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress and issues to the project manager. /li liInterpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. /li liConduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards. /li liResolve field issues promptly to minimize delays.
