ppStrike's QA/QC inspectors are masters of detail and ensure that all inspections, testing and reporting meets Codes, Standards and Strike’s Quality Management System. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInspect / review product material, weld quality and testing to ensure compliance with Code, Standards, Specifications and QCM /li liDevelop ITP’s by referencing and reviewing Client Specifications and Job Scope requirements /li liReview IFC PID’s, ISO’s Vessel Drawings to ensure appropriate WPS are referenced with weld details and overall accuracy. /li liCoordinate daily quality inspections and testing with applicable 3rd party /li liCoordinate daily non-destructive testing and monitor /li liReview radiographic film /li liWitness all pressure testing ; finalizing testing documentation /li liEnsure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadlines /li liIdentify and control all NCR's while correcting with remedial action /li liPrepare regulatory documentation as required /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liMinimum CWB Level I designation with B31.3 ASME Sec VIII IX endorsements. /li liPost-Secondary Technical diploma to a related discipline /li liMinimum five (5) years of progressive Quality Control Inspection experience in an ASME Fabrication facility /li liMinimum 2 years’ modular yard experience (Pipe and Equipment) /li liMandatory Working knowledge of ASME CSA Codes (Pressure Vessels, Process Piping Structural) /li liValid Driver's License /li liProof of Qualifications will be required /li /ul h3Why work for us /h3 pStrike encourages and supports professional development through education and mentorship.
