ph3Senior Site Development Engineer – Milan, Italy /h3pArup’s infrastructure team delivers multi‑disciplinary design services across public and private projects, primarily in the Science, Industry, Technology, Property, Healthcare, Social Infrastructure and Sport sectors. Working in a BIM‑focused environment, designs are constructed in Civil3D and Revit and coordinated through a common data environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the design and delivery of site infrastructures for technically demanding projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. /liliAct as project lead, manage service delivery and maintain direct interface with the client’s teams. /liliLiaise with clients from feasibility to completion to set and deliver design ambitions. /liliDefine site surveys and testing required to acquire site‑specific data for design. /liliDevelop the site infrastructure design through design stages, permitting and procurement processes. /liliSupervise civil construction works as part of the clerk‑of‑works team. /liliParticipate in business development activities – client meetings, bid documentation and business growth initiatives. /liliMentor and develop colleagues, sharing knowledge to deliver high‑quality service. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Civil Engineering. /liliMinimum 10 years’ experience within a consultancy environment. /liliChartered professional status or in the process of gaining qualification. /liliStrong civil engineering technical design skills in surface water, foul water, energy, roads carparks, earthworks, electrical and fibre utilities. /liliExperience in producing drawings,
