Lead Specialist D&T; Business Analyst S&R; and Labs

Within the R&D; and Labs Chapter, you will:
- Be a key contributor to the R&D; and Labs Chapter, acting as Business Analyst.
- Serve as a liaison between the Digital & Tech (D&T;), Science Research & Innovation (SR&I;), and vendors to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
- Establish and implement best practices regarding internal system maintenance, security, licensing, change management, improvements, data integrity, etc.

Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with SR&I; stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for IT solutions, including software applications, systems, and tools.
- Acquire and maintain a broad and deep understanding of SR&I;’s internal and cross-departmental system integrations.
- Collaborate with scientific experts on maintaining computers connected to laboratory instruments, ensuring their proper functionality throughout the lifetime of the instrument
- Conduct in-depth analysis of SR&I; processes, workflows,



and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization through technical solutions.
- Assist in project planning, scoping, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with SR&I; objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with IT architects and developers to design innovate and cost-effective IT solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of SR&I; projects and initiatives.
