AI Customer Service Specialist (Italian & English)
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content.
- Support the development and improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Analyse text, datasets, and AI responses.
- Follow detailed guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Help improve the performance and safety of AI systems.

Requirements
- Native-level Italian.
- Good command of English (B2 or above).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation/evaluation platforms.
- Previous experience in AI Data Annotation, LLM Evaluation, RLHF, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Quality Assurance, Content Labeling, Trust & Safety, or similar analytical roles is highly desirable.




- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Working Schedule
- 24/7 rotating shifts
- Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week

Salary & Benefits
- €1,000 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Full relocation support to Lisbon, Portugal
