Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager . Reporting to the Programme Director , the successful candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Monitor the progress and performance of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
- Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear and timely communication of project updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Support the management of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high standards of execution
- Contribute to the optimization of project workflows, processes, and collaboration across teams
- Champion best practices in project management and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and integrated campaign delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and business needs
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects through to successful completi
