TXT Group is looking for a Funded Research Project Manager who will be placed in the research and innovation unit of TXT E-Tech S.r.l., which works across all group companies.
The successful candidate will be involved in the management and execution of research projects funded by the European Commission and other bodies, across various sectors, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), eXtended Reality (XR) and digital transformation in general.
The recruitment process is primarily aimed at candidates belonging to protected categories (Law 68⁄99).
Main responsibilities:
- Management of research projects;
- Liaising with project partners and funding bodies;
- Preparation of proposals;
- Assisting with reporting, in collaboration with the Group’s administration;
- Disseminating information about the project and its results both externally and within the Group.

Technical skills required:
- Extensive previous experience in managing European-funded proposals and projects (H2020, Horizon EU, etc.) and/or Italian-funded projects (MIMIT);




- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Experience in a digital transformation context would be an advantage.

Education: a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Engineering, International Relations, Computer Science, Aeronautics, or Economics and Business.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and strong analytical and communication skills.
