Responsibilities

Your day-to-day
- Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for both internal production issues and customer complaints
- Review and develop quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA)
- Manage calibration and traceability of production measurement instruments
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators
- Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- Collaborate with Operations and R&D; to develop, implement and monitor corrective actions and improvements
- Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standard and customer specific requirements
- Manage internal and external (suppliers) nonconformities
- Manage internal Quality Concern Report
- Internal Process Audit
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in quality department (QA, QC, SQE, …) will be considered as a plus
- 2+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus)
- Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 procedures
- Experience on preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, pFMEA, PPAP documents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on detecting and preventing quality issues
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience working with automotive OEMs is a plus
