Experteer Overview
In this role you will grow TikTok’s Luxury partnerships by engaging top fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. You will lead strategic client relationships, advocate TikTok ad solutions, and shape how luxury brands engage with the platform. You will work cross-functionally to drive revenue, thought leadership, and culturally relevant storytelling. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that blends business development with brand narrative and ecosystem education.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and measurement teams to elevate outcomes locally and globally
- Monitor performance and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement and business results

Responsabilità
- Experience in media sales, digital marketing, social, or brand partnerships (ideally in beauty, luxury, or fashion)
- Understanding of auction-based buying models and branded content strategies
- Track record of managing senior client and agency relationships, including C-level engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with storytelling ability
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious
- Fluent Italian and English to communicate with clients
