SODECIA is hiring for Chivasso’s Plant a Quality Engineer .
Key job responsibilities:
• Conduct the first analysis of non-compliance, for immediate customer service, making possible corrections or proposing solutions;
• Report non-conformities in order to resolve failures in a timely manner according to the deadlines established with the client;
• Carry out technical visits to customers, in order to strengthen contact and resolve non-conformities in a timely manner;
• Issue reports on customer complaints and seek solutions to them, aiming at customer satisfaction;
• Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company.
Qualifications:
• Leadership, teamwork and communication skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• IT Knowledge;
• Knowledge and Understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing);
• Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 / ISO 14001/ VDA 6.
• Good Knowledge of Customers Specific Requirements (CSR);
• Good Knowledge of quality tools as 5 PB, 8D, etc;
• Knowledge of following tools: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), QSA (Quality System Assessment), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
Background:
• Technical degree;
• Experience as a Quality Engineer in automotive manufacturing will be considered a
plus
