What you will do: The role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with proven exposure to wind, solar and BESS projects, preferably at utility scale. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the project lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, with strong exposure to planning, budget control, risk management and cross-functional coordination in the Italian renewable energy sector. * Manage renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones, budget, risks and delivery priorities. * Oversee the grid connection process, coordinating with TSOs/DSOs and monitoring technical requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks. * Monitor project schedule, costs, critical path and key risks,



proactively defining mitigation and corrective actions to protect time and budget targets. * Support project governance, budget updates, investment decisions and readiness for construction start and COD, ensuring project assumptions remain consistent with delivery commitments.
