As HSE Coordinator , you will respond to the Project HSE Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Italian projects. You will be able to manage and support a team of HSE Advisors (ASPP) .
How can you support us? Support the HSE Manager in coordinating project activities and monitoring the effective implementation of HSE Plans and procedures across all project phases.
Ensure that all construction activities are executed in full compliance with the Contractor's HSE policies and the HSE Management System requirements.
Coordinate and support contractors' and subcontractors' safety managers, reviewing site activities and verifying compliance with HSE standards.
Identify, report and follow up on HSE non-conformities, support the establishment and monitoring of the HSE system, and participate in incident/accident investigations and analyses.
Support the preparation of project HSE documentation, participate in HSE meetings when required, and provide ongoing assistance to Site Advisors on HSE-related matters.
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Engineering or Sciences
Experience: 5 years as a HSE technician within Oil and Gas field.
Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English
Training as RSPP or ASPP (ateco 4 or 5), mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training, plus; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team leader certify, plus; Microsoft Office.
