Position Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our growing Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to learn, grow,
and take ownership of critical day-to-day workflow tasks.
The Accounting Assistant will work closely with our AR and AP teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor bills, customer payments, e-commerce reporting, and daily accounting operations. This position is essential in maintaining the accuracy and organization of our financial data.

Foundational accounting knowledge (degree not required; coursework or experience preferred)
Understanding of basic accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, matching, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
