Key Responsibilities Own the budgeting, forecasting,



and monthly closing/reporting cycles
Build and maintain financial models, including P&L;, cash flow, and scenario analysis
Prepare management reporting and support the production of board and investor materials
Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
Support fundraising, due diligence, and ad hoc strategic finance projects
Join Us If 1 – 3 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models with strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills; Familiarity with Salesforce
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Based in Milan or wil
