What you'll do Manage the procurement process by creating and processing purchase orders for various components and materials required by the racing team.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions,



including supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions that align with the team's budget and goals.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers, conducting assessments based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of purchased items to the team's facilities.
Support the finance department by providing necessary documentation for invoice processing and payment approvals.
Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss procurement strategies and address any supply chain challenges.
