and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs * Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products * Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities * Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives * Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, SOPs) * Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality * Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods * Train and support production staff in new processes and technologies * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Act as technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team to uphold standards * Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or proven manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies * Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects * Fluent in English and Italian * 1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing (a plus) * Proficienc
