Responsibilities About the team: The e‐commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space among leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. You will gain practical skills through on‐the‐job learning in a fast‐paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. * Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking. * Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.



* Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking. * Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth & level upgrade. * Collect and organize creator feedback, and assist in producing reports or actionable insights. Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. * Available to start immediately until the end of the year. * Highly interested in the e‐commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok. * Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills. * Chinese‐speaking skills to be able to work with Chinese‐speaking creators. * Be mindful of data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool. * Previous experience
