Experience and Background * Master's Degree or PhD in STEM disciplines (Physics, Optical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering with a focus on photonics). A solid theoretical and experimental foundation in laser physics is mandatory. * At least 3–5 years of hands‐on experience in R&D; environments; proven track record in laser system design, beam diagnostics, or optical integration within high-tech, photonics,
