As the Cluster Groups & Events Executive for Six Senses Milan and Rome (based in Milan), you will be a vital connector between our guests and group experiences. This role requires eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of organization to ensure every inquiry is handled with care, from first contact to signed agreement and seamless handover. Your mission is to manage all inbound group inquiries across the three properties, ensuring high conversion, smooth coordination, and exceptional service throughout. With a blend of strategic thinking and genuine warmth, you will support revenue goals while helping create meaningful moments that reflect the Six Senses philosophy. You will work closely with the Cluster Director of Groups & Events, Cluster Director of Sales, on-site property teams to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful approach to event sales across the cluster. * Lead Management & Conversion Respond to and manage all group leads for Milan, Rome, and Ibiza, guiding each inquiry from initial request to confirmed status. Negotiate terms, build proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure each event is properly scoped and positioned for success.
