Lead 360 marketing planning for CHIPS region, aligning with global and regional strategies
Oversee channel execution including paid media, social, earned media, email, dealer marketing, and events
Deliver market plans and optimize against KPIs (demand/lead generation, reach, engagement, community metrics)
Plan and run events and activations across motorcycle shows, dealer demos, HOG events, and other venues
Manage day-to-day operations of the CHIPS marketing team (goal-setting, coaching, performance, development)
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Dealer Development across EMEA and CHIPS for integrated execution
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and ROI within budget
Oversee regional PR activities
Translate vision into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs
Significant experience leading marketing teams across multiple countries
Strong leadership with inclusive, collaborative people skills
