As a Software Engineering Manager you will build and lead a high performing team of engineers working to deliver highly-scalable, web-based software. As part of engineering leadership, you will serve as an expert in software design & architecture with a proven track record of executing large initiatives using agile practices. A key objective of this role will be driving the adoption of AI-native software development practices across the Software Development Lifecycle, helping teams leverage Artificial Intelligence throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, adopting AI-native practices such as agentic software development, spec-driven engineering and AI-assisted delivery to increase software quality, engineering productivity and innovation.
