Position – The role The role focuses on supporting clients in assessing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and executing initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, operational efficiency and overall value creation. Depending on project requirements and individual expertise, assignments may involve: * Revenue Growth initiatives, supporting the identification and implementation of value creation levers aimed at improving top-line performance through pricing optimization; product and portfolio positioning, go-to-market effectiveness, customer segmentation and commercial strategy enhancement. * Alternatively, projects may focus on Operations Improvement, including operational efficiency and procurement optimization initiatives such as spend analysis, supplier performance
