Compensation * The anticipated base pay range for this position is $25.00/hour. * In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Requirements * Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in Luxury Property Management as a Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or similar title. * Intermediate to advanced understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting. * Demonstrated coaching and development ability. * Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. * Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel. * Excellent communication skills and professional presence. * Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable * A basic understanding of written and verbal English In This Role You Will * Manage various community
