Customer Service Representative International EnvironmentLisbon, Portugal Full Relocation Premio Included Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat * Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality * Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines * Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required Full Relocation Bonus For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal: * Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS * Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate * Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle * €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (within 100 Km of Lisbon or more)
