About The Role
Sun Chemical is seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Manager to drive freight and distribution excellence across the EMEA region. This strategic role combines regional leadership with hands‑on operational expertise,



shaping logistics strategies that balance cost optimization, service excellence, and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to global and regional stakeholders, leading network transformation and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute regional logistics and distribution strategies aligned with global governance and business priorities
Cost & Performance Management: Drive freight and distribution cost transparency through advanced dashboards, reporting, and analytics; identify optimization opportunities
Network Optimization: Lead continuous improvement projects across freight, distribution, and logistics networks to enhance efficiency and service levels
Partner Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, including performance management, KPI delivery, and contract negotiations
