In the frame of the Client Leader Service the Client Leader Officer understands client’s business and provides thoughtful and optimal solutions by coordinating the work of internal and external parties. She/he is responsible for managing client’s expectations with a “can do” attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high quality work. The Client Leader Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction
Main responsibilities will be: Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio
Responsible for understanding client products,
requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction
Responsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients
Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectations
Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly
Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests
Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients
Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutions
Qualifications and experience University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Rela
