The role acts as a key link between Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistic and Customer Service, ensuring the alignment of production plans with business objectives while balancing capacity, inventory, and cost targets. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the mid and long-term production planning strategies.
Lead the production planning team and ensure the effective execution of planning processes and priorities. Manage demand forecasts into feasible production plans, balancing customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, and inventory objectives. Prepare and manage RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) by integrating Demand Planning forecasts, ERP data, and operational constraints. Monitor production plan adherence and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints. Define and track planning KPIs, analyze root causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Optimize inventory policies, safety stocks, planning parameters, and reorder settings to achieve target service levels while minimizing working capital through daily master data accuracy within ERP systems (SAP).
