Experiment with emerging approaches such as vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Transform ideas and business needs into working prototypes and production-ready features through hands-on development.
Explore and adopt new tools, libraries, and platforms in the AI ecosystem, maintaining a technology-agnostic mindset.




Continuously test and refine AI-driven features to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience.
Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and developer tools for AI-assisted coding.
What we’re looking for Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.
Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
