The Regional Business Controller is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Segments. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis,



and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.

Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L; elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets.Analyze business performance, run P&L; simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions.Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders.Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience Required

University degree required.Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.
