In this role you will support complex federal income tax matters for partnerships, LLCs, and M&A; structures within EisnerAmper’s Tax Group. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze issues, draft client communications, and develop firm-wide tax alerts and trainings. The position offers visibility into a large, merit-based firm with a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance. - Research and analyze federal income tax issues related to accounting methods, partnerships, and LLCs




- Assist with M&A; tax structuring and internal restructuring
- Draft emails and memos for clients and colleagues
- Draft firm-wide alerts on current tax developments
- Assist with firm-wide trainings
- 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
- Experience in national tax office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships
- Strong experience with accounting methods and LLC/partnership tax issues (allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, profits interests)
- Excellent drafting skills for emails and memos
