About the Role: We are seeking a growth-focused business development leader with deep expertise in the European leather goods and hardware sector. Based in Italy,



you will drive the expansion of Yibi Group’s presence across the region—spearheading new client acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing luxury partners. This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who excels in both strategic selling and long-term relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to identify, approach, and secure new luxury clients across key European markets.
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface for Yibi Group’s luxury clients in Europe, focusing on leather goods hardware projects.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as their strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
