This role ensures that all workover activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and industry standards. It involves close coordination with rig contractors, field personnel, logistics, and engineering teams work includes. General Description of Role and Responsibilities [But not limited to]: Planning & Mobilization Plan daily and long-term workover activities for multiple fast-moving rigs.



Coordinate rig mobilization/demobilization and ensure proper site preparation, including access roads and location setup. Review and implement intervention programs in collaboration with well engineering teams. Operations Supervision Monitor and coordinate all rig site operations including: Pulling and running tubing. Fishing, milling, and wellbore cleanout. Zone isolation, stimulation, and recompletions. Wellhead repairs and installation. Ensure daily operations align with safety, technical, and cost targets. Implement best practices for rig skidding/moving to maximize efficiency. HSE & Compliance Enforce adherence to safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments. Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks with rig crews. Ensure rigs and operations comply with company HSE policies and national regulations. Coordination & Communication.
