Experteer OverviewIn this role you will drive strategic procurement across product groups, manage supplier relations, and ensure data quality in ERP systems. You will work with cross-location teams to align sourcing with lead buyers and implement future requirements. You’ll lead price, delivery, and risk negotiations, support contract preparation, and push SAP-driven process improvements. This position offers impact on supplier performance and procurement efficiency in a global context.

- Collaborate on cross-location product group orientations and implement future requirements
- Active management and development of the supplier portfolio to meet price, quality, and delivery targets
- Participate in supplier audits and identify improvement opportunities
- Initiate procurement processes: price checks, vendor information, and alignment with material groups
- Determine sources of supply and negotiate quantities, prices,



and delivery terms, including in foreign languages
- Prepare contracts and readiness for signing; define scheduling and info records in the system
- Increase efficiency via SAP automatisms (order book, info record automation, EDI supplier integration)
- Act as first escalation point for quality, delivery, invoice discrepancies, and claims
- Ensure ERP data xysqume quality and transparency of local activities (master and transaction data)

Responsabilità
- ≥5 years of purchasing experience
- Technical or business studies or comparable training
- Business fluent English
- SAP S/4 MM knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with pricing, contract preparation, and negotiations
- ERP data management and master data upkeep
