The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
They are focus on the service delivery for Wireline operations in Italy prioritizing quality and HSE.
Ensure safe,
timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies and maintain the required safety training.
Experience in Wireline field operations will be considered a plus.
Flexibility for travelling.
Medium to Advanced English Level and Italian.
The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects.
