Having built strong operations in Spain, we are now expanding our mortgage services into Italy. Our goal is to make the mortgage journey simpler, faster and more transparent for homebuyers, while building a trusted brand in a new European market.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing to join us on the ground in Italy and help us launch, grow and establish Huspy’s mortgage brand in the market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will help drive brand awareness, generate qualified mortgage leads, localise campaigns, create content, support partnerships and bring marketing ideas to life in the Italian market.
You will report to the Mortgages Marketing Manager in Spain and follow the wider marketing strategy, while bringing local knowledge, market insight and executional energy to Italy.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious and ready to grow within the company. You will not just manage campaigns from a distance; you will be close to the market, close to the customer and close to the action.
The main event: What you’ll drive, build and own
Support the launch and growth of Huspy’s mortgage services in Italy.
Help build Huspy’s local brand presence as a trusted mortgage partner for homebuyers.
Drive qualified mortgage lead acquisition through lead generators, organic, social, partnership and local marketing initiatives.
Adapt and localise marketing campaigns from Spain and global teams for the Italian market.
