Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership, empowering team members to perform at their best by valuing diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences. Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness,



and high-quality standards for our guests Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
