We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our DaV Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will reports a Restaurant Manger
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards LQA and procedures;
- Take care of the mise en place;
- Support the Chef de Rang with service;
- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience,



from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.

Requirements
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
