The Technical Sales Representative for the Italian market is responsible for the commercial development of the MotulTech range (industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids), contributing to business expansion through the acquisition of new customers and the consolidation of the existing portfolio.
The position serves as a technical and commercial point of contact for end customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, also supporting product development and the optimization of industrial applications.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market in the industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids sector. Expand the customer portfolio through business development activities with end users, distributors, and agent networks. Manage and develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers. Promote and position the MotulTech brand in the Italian industrial market. Collaborate with international Business Development Managers (BDMs) to acquire and
