We are offering an internship opportunity within GTS Upgrade Global Operations focused on the development and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) performance management processes and analytical tools. The selected candidate will support the setup of a structured and repeatable S&OP; Performance Review framework, aimed at monitoring business performance, identifying deviations from plans, and supporting data-driven decision making.




The candidate will contribute to the evaluation of forecasting performance across the business, performing variance analysis between planned and actual results, and supporting the implementation of key performance indicators. In parallel, the candidate will assist in the development of Power BI dashboards and explore opportunities to automate data extraction and reporting processes, enhancing visibility and efficiency across the planning organization.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in integrated business planning, performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence within a global industrial environment.
