Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Operations - Linehaul Dispatch Agent - to be hired for an initial 6-month temporary agency assignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support daily linehaul operations and coordination;
- Monitor transport flows and ensure on-time execution;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Managing inbound and outbond documents flow;
- Providing support to subcontractors driver and assisting them with issues resolution;
- Contacting internal customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues;

Profile requirements:
- Experience in logistics / transport / operations environment;
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills;




- Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical operational context;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Good Microsoft Office & PC skills;
- Good geographical knowledge;
- Focused on accuracy and attention to detail;
- Driven to solve problems while using planning and organizing skills;
- Able to communicate and align with different stakeholders;

The contract is full-time, with the following shifts: 17:00-01:00, 22:00-06:00, 02:00-10:00.
CCNL Logistica e Trasporto.
Total Base Pay Range: 2.100 – 2.300 EUR Montly 14.
