As a Facilities Supervisor , you will manage the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed effectively. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the point of contact for communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring that all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
- Review data from work order reports; prepare and present performance and progress status reports to management. Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the facility.
- Conduct market research and perform cost-vantaggi analyses when evaluating new vendors.
- Monitor regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
- Analyze complex issues and identify appropriate approaches to reach team objectives.
- Develop new techniques to ensure the team consistently meets its objectives.
- Maintain a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure individual and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Demonstrate professional excellence and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with knowledge of related areas.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and handle sensitive information effectively.
