The role
We areseekinga motivatedand proactiveProduct Owner for HBK's Customer Identity & Access Platform and inherent MyHBK environment. You willberesponsible fordeveloping,maintaining, and prioritizing the team/product backlogtostreamline the execution of program/roadmap priorities whilemaintainingthe conceptual and technical integrity of the platform.
As a Product Owner,you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliverplatform featuresthat drive operational excellenceand business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define the vision and roadmap forHBK’sCustomer Identity & AccessPlatformandMyHBKin alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry standards, and compliance requirements to shape the platform’s future.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersfor CIAM andMyHBK.
Collaborate withbusiness stakeholdersand internal teams to understand user needs and translate them into platform features and improvements.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, andmaintainthe product backlog,ensuring alignment with theproductroadmap and organizational goals.
Work closely with development teams to write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Delivery Oversight:
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of high-value features.
Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure product increments meet stakeholder expectationsand security standards
