How You’ll Make an Impact
You will serve as the company’s site representative, ensuring alignment on operations and service expectations with customers.



You will act as the on-site Emergency Coordinator, managing emergency situations and incident responses in accordance with company procedures. You will coordinate daily activities of internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth execution of operations and adherence to site procedures. You will facilitate pre-work coordination meetings, promoting safety measures and compliance with HSE standards. You will oversee the management of on-site warehouse organization, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. What You Bring
You have a strong technical background in wind turbine operations and maintenance. You possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide and influence team members effectively. You are experienced in emergency management and have a solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance. You have a keen sense of ownership over site activities and service delivery quality.
